There vServers or VPS all include VPN ready with TUN/TAP, Active-Servers offer the same hardware as above, their cloud services have the same specs as the servers above with a starting price of only €4.90 and they have performance cloud services starting out at €5.90, you can colocate with a rack for €24.90 a month, for their reseller program, you will need to contact Active Servers directly.
