20m Hosting is a budget host that offers free hosting and from there they offer a paid hosting plan that starts out at $2.50 the host claims to have over 200k users, but from what I can tell their paid plans are not really worth getting into so if you need a paid host look somewhere else in my opinion if you need a free host they could definitely be a good option not much more to say about this host.
